Terms & Payments
A short, plain-language summary of how PixelVision and our resellers work. Most of how we operate is a handshake between people who know each other — this is the important part written down.
No refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, or chargebacks for anything — including subscriptions, additional devices, credit purchases, and reseller store fees — once a payment is made, regardless of usage or early cancellation.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the period shown at checkout and are not refunded if you stop using the service early.
- Your expiry date is shown in your dashboard — renew before it lapses to avoid interruption.
- Reseller store fees (separate from customer subscriptions) keep your public store page live and are non-refundable.
Resellers
- Resellers are independent and set their own prices; you handle your own customers and support.
- PixelVision provides the platform and takes its agreed share of each sale.
- Payouts go to the wallet addresses you save, on the schedule we've agreed.
- The arrangement is by agreement between us — there is no long contract, and either side can end it.
Acceptable use & termination
Service may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing, without refund. See the Legal page for the full acceptable-use and DMCA policies.
